Meet Jessica
Hello and warm welcome,
As a quick summary, for the past 8 years, I’ve worked as an EMDR Therapist, Psychologist, Hypnotherapist, Coach, and Rapid Transformational Practitioner. I’ve written and facilitated Mindfulness and Mental Health programs for companies Australia-wide.
I’m also the CEO of My Peaceful Mind.
I’m passionate about using evidence-based practices such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
I’ve also learned about the role of the subconscious and how to address this with hypnotherapy and RTT. Hypnosis allows you to identify the root cause of your difficulties and rewire your mind with thoughts and beliefs that are transformative.

Keely is an anxiety coach and graphic designer with My Peaceful Mind. She is passionate about supporting women to be all that they can be. In her spare time, she enjoys deep conversations with friends, enjoying brunch at the local cafe, exploring nature, training at the gym, and spending time in her local church.
